Our Process

Consultation (1 hr)

One of our business management consultants will meet with you either in person or virtually in order to identify your growth goals, concerns, and plans. 

Needs Assessment (2-10 hrs)

Your business management consultant develops a needs assessment based on your current systems, processes, people, and evaluates them for growth potential.  This later becomes the Strategy Consulting.

Phase I (8-15 hrs)

Your business management consultant works with you and your leadership team directly to effectively execute the Strategy Consulting immediate action plan identified in the Needs Assessment phase. 

Phase II (5-9 hrs)

Your business management consultant works with you to identify and/or assess new opportunities that surround your business.   

Phase III (8-15 hrs)

Your business management consultant works with you and your leadership and management team to execute the new opportunity(ies) identified in Phase II. 

Post-Assessment (2-10 hrs)

Your business management consultant works with you to ensure all systems, processes, and people are well aligned with the growth opportunities that have been undertaken.

Ibrahim Firat is responsible for financial, operational, and organizational restructuring for small to mid sized companies who are looking to grow into other local, national, and/or international markets.  Firat holds an MBA in Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Babson College (MA). Firat serves as a professor of business at the Houston Community College (TX) and Lead Faculty for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses at Babson College (MA).

Josephine Firat is responsible for growth opportunity identification, assessment, execution, marketing, and leadership restructuring for small to mid sized companies who are looking to grow into other local, national, and/or international markets.  Firat holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and MIB in International Business from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Babson College (MA). Firat serves as a  Faculty for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses at Houston Community College (TX) and Babson College (MA).
